Bruschini, who is fluent in Italian and German, has more than 24 years' industry experience and will primarily be dealing with high net worth clients.
Following a 17-year career at Credit Suisse, Bichard joins the bank to focus on building relationships with clients based in both Guernsey and the UK.
Grayland spent 12 years at Credit Suisse in roles such as derivatives specialist, trader and senior portfolio manager, according to his LinkedIn profile.
All four are chartered wealth managers.
“The addition of four further individuals to our already experienced relationship management and investment team will ensure that our strong position in servicing private banking clients in the island is further supported,” said branch manager Paul Van Neste.
Julius Baer has had a presence in Guernsey since 1994 and has more than 100 staff on the island.
Earlier this week, WealthBriefing reported that the group appointed Laura Hilber as director of its foreign exchange private banking solutions team.
